Adopting the following processing method: 1. Hydration polishing. By utilizing superheated steam molecules to interact with water on the surface, a hydration chemical reaction layer is formed at the interface. Then, with the help of superheated steam, the hydration layer on the surface of sapphire is removed by the frictional force between the two, thereby achieving ultra precision machining of the surface. 2. The principle of laser polishing and laser polishing of sapphire is: through the thermal and photochemical reactions between laser and sapphire, it can be divided into two methods: cold polishing and hot polishing. Cold polishing uses short wavelength lasers to chemically decompose and remove materials. After absorbing light molecules, the surface material structure of sapphire will be damaged, causing the surface material to detach and achieve material removal. Sapphire window thermal polishing generally uses continuous long wavelength lasers to remove surface components of materials through melting, evaporation, and other methods.
